Enforcement of security for class 7 goods by road and rail

November 2008

From 17 November 2008, inspectors from the Dangerous Goods Division of the Department for Transport will start undertaking inspections to enforce the security regulations of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2007 for radioactive material.
