To help develop the comprehensive Blue Badge Reform Strategy the Department for Transport (DfT) used the time between January and September 2008 to engage with the public and stakeholders.
DfT conducted a public consultation in January 2008 (which closed 17 April 2008) on its proposals for developing the Strategy. Independent Consultants Faber Maunsell were commissioned to conduct an analysis of our consultation responses and to conduct market research with Badge holders and general public focus groups. These can be viewed below.
In addition, a further report covering an economic analysis of the Blue Badge Scheme will be published shortly.
