Groups

Here is a list of the various groups that compromise UKSAR, with links to pages containing detailed information for each group.

Strategic Committee

The UKSAR Strategic Committee is an inter-agency national forum with responsibility for advising on the structure, scope and framework of the organisation of UKSAR. It aims to provide a high level direction on the coverage, responsiveness and availability of search and rescue resources, and it acts as UKSAR's link with Government Ministers.

Operator's Group

The Operators Group aims to develop a programme of work to implement the tasks identified by the Strategic Committee. It also considers the reports, recommendations and views of UKSAR's various working groups and committees.
